Film Showing: All Quiet on the Western Front

About The Event

Second Event in Arlington's Exploring World War I in Film Series

Based on Erich Remarque's anti-war novel, this film, produced in 1930, follows a group of German recruits during World War 1 as they go from patriotism to disillusionment.

Event begins at 6 pm with a screening of a student made short film about Arlington County's WWI soldiers produced for the Document Historic Arlington project with Arlington Independent Media (AIM). Sara Steinberger, Vice Chairman of Arlington County's World War I Commemoration Task Force, will introduce the student film.
