Our Fallen 58 WWI Memorial Dedication

Sunday, November 11, 2018, 11:00am - 12:30pm

About The Event

Our Fallen 58 WWI Memorial Dedication

A new tree-lined WWI Memorial honoring all 58 soldiers that lost their lives from Greene County, Pennsylvania. This Memorial utilizes a Memory Medallion at each tree location atop a solar-powered light post that allows visitors to easily access the whole life profile of each soldier via smartphone using any free barcode reading app.  Waynesburg University President Lee is a featured speaker along with MG Bruce Hackett from the Army's 80th Training Division. Ceremony will be broadcast on Facebook Live so French villages where these boys fought can see.
