 hn Morgan Regan, who died while leading his men into battle on August 4, 19
 18. His was the first Gold Star placed on the service flag of St. John's pa
 rish flown in the cathedral to honor his service and sacrifice in the Great
  War.\nOn Armistice Day, 2018, the cathedral will put on a commemorative ev
