 er of the Daughters of the American Revolution will host a re-dedication of
  Lompoc's World War I Monument. The project to clean, repair, and enhance t
 he existing monument was undertaken two years ago. The dedication will foll
 ow the program of the original dedication of the monument on Lincoln's Birt
 hday, February 12, 1925, followed by an Open House. Erected by the Women's 
 Civic Club, the monument had fallen into disrepair and obscurity over the l
 ast fifty years.\n
