 higan men and women who have served our country over the past 100 years beg
 inning with WW I. It will also recognize and honor our state's current serv
 ice personnel. Frank Beckmann will be the Master of Ceremonies for this eve
 nt, which will feature SSG Travis Mills as the keynote speaker and music pe
 rformed by The Governors Own 126 Army Band. Doors will open at 5:00 PM with
  a cocktail hour during which the displays may be viewed. Guests will be se
 ated by 6:30 PM for the beginning of the program and dinner. The formal aft
 er-dinner program will begin at 8:00 PM and conclude by 9:30 PM. Tickets ar
 e $150 and may be purchased on-line at Eventbrite.com. Net proceeds from th
 e event will be used to support the operations and programs of the organize
