 on, will welcome attendees at 10 a.m.&nbsp;</p><p>Various speakers will pre
 sent WWI-related topics throughout the day. The first presenter will be Ame
 ry Vasso, Morris County Commander, American Legion. He’ll discuss the histo
 ry of the American Legion, chartered in 1919. His talk begins at 10:15.</p>
 <p>At 10:45, the Air Force Association will present a lithograph by renowne
 d aviation artist and Morris County resident Keith Ferris to the Morris Cou
 nty Heritage Commission. The lithograph, depicting flying ace Eddie Rickenb
 acker’s Old Number One SPAD XIII Number 4523 aircraft, will be on permanent
  display at the Morris County Library. Making the presentation will be the 
 artist, a National Aviation Hall of Fame inductee, and William M. Fosina, P
 resident, Chapter 195 and NER, Air Force Association. Howard Leach will spe
 ak about Captain Arthur Raymond Brooks, US Army Air Service flying ace, and
  Claire Whitcomb will talk about her great-uncle 1st Lt. Philip Hassinger, 
 Brooks’s wingman. The remarks and presentation will be followed at 11 a.m. 
 by a moment of silence to remember those who died defending our country.<br

  a discussion of the Victrola record player and the music of the era at 1:3
 0. The speaker is Ron Northrup, historical interpreter and educator. His pr
 esentation will be followed at 2:00 by an examination of the Treaty of Vers
 ailles, which ended the state of war between Germany and the Allied Powers.
  The speaker is Mendham High School history teacher and historical interpre

 Challenges” as explored by John Torkos, historical interpreter and museum e
 ducator.</p><p>Shultz will wrap up the day’s events at 3:45. Throughout the
  day, guests will be able to view exhibits of World War I posters and women
 ’s service uniforms. The exhibits are co-hosted by the Library and the Heri
 tage Commission.&nbsp;</p><p>The Morris County Heritage Commission is an ad
 visory body of the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders. It facilitate
 s understanding and preservation of Morris County's diverse history by prom
 oting awareness of Morris County's heritage and acknowledging its cultural
