100 years ago, the world was at war on an unprecedented scale. There was fighting between empires across Europe, the Middle East, and even Africa with no end in site. In 1917, the United States joined the war in an effort to bring this "war to end all wars" to a stop and win victory for its allies. The young men from the Tri-Cities that volunteered for this fight would go on to see action in some of the most crucial battles from the late stages of the war. Their stories are told in the exhibit Courage Without Fear at the Tri-Cities Historical Museum.
Courage Without Fear will be open to the public beginning January 5 through November of 2018.
Tri-Cities Historical Museum is located in the heart of downtown Grand Haven, Michigan. Admission is FREE, so bring the whole family for a walk through local history.
