Remembering the Great War on the Armistice Centennial

About The Event

Join us in evoking memories of the World War I era on the centennial of the November 11, 1918 armistice.  Featured speaker Brian Armstrong, regional vice-president, League of Historical Societies of NJ and president of the South River Historical Society, will recall New Jersey’s role in the war.  Following this, pop-up exhibits, showcasing local communities and individual’s WWI memories will be on display for this afternoon ONLY.  Limited to 60 registrants due to space limitations. 

Cost is $10 per person; Free to anyone who contacts HTA in advance regarding memorabilia, photos, or documents they wish to exhibit.

To submit request to have your memorabilia or ancestor’s items exhibited, contact us, stating your name, and describing items you’d like to display as soon as possible. Exhibit space is also limited.info@Heritagetrail.org or 732-356-8856
