Veterans' Day Ceremony

The Township of Montclair, NJ will host its annual Veterans' Day commemoration ceremony on November 11, 2018. It will begin with the ringing of the Bells of Peace at 11:00 a.m. and will include the township Police and Fire Honor Guards, speaker US Army veteran Capt. Michael Turgeon, remarks from students, an invocation, benediction and blessing of wreaths, firing a salute, sounding of taps. This year the Bronze Star will be presented to WWII veteran Gerard Sorell for his courageous service.
