"San Jose and World War One: A Centennial Exhibition"

Posters, maps and artifacts explain and commemorate the First World War, focusing on its impact on San Jose and the surrounding area.

"San Jose and World War One: A Centennial Exhibition."

Martin Luther King, Jr. Library, Room 255
Dr. Karen English will speak on "A Tribute to American Poetry of the Great War"
and
San Jose State University's Precision Drill Unit will present the colors.
Refreshments will be provided.
Bells of Peace: A World War I Remembrance

Spartan Rose Garden, San Jose State University
At 11:00 am the San Jose State University's 1881 Normal School Bell will be tolled 21 times, symbolizing the nation's highest honor: the 21-gun salute.
