of Our Ancestors from the World War I" presents photographs, war diaries, m
ilitary letters, correspondence cards, memorials and other historical mater
ial of the participants of the World War I. These are unique testimonies of
the war adventures and sufferings of the Serbian soldiers in the war years
which were suppressed from the pages of world history. The exhibit "Album
of Remembrance of Our Ancestors from the World War I" is a result of the de
sire, a hundred years later, to pay due honor to this little man from the G
reat War for Civilization and to save from the oblivion his great sacrifice
for justice, truth, freedom and humanity, and turn it into a cultural heri
tage.\nThe project is "Album of Remembrance of Our Ancestors from the World
