Kemer H. Runkle born around 1891. Kemer Runkle served in World War 1 with the United States Army. The enlistment was in 1917 and the service was completed in 1919.
My Grandfather was a Medic with 103rd Ammo Train, 28th Division.
I am very proud of his service.
