Lt Donald MacDonald Memorial Plaque

Born Erie Pa, Jan. 3, 1879 - Enlisted U.S. Navy Mar. 11, 1898 - Served during the Spanish American War and Commissioned Lieutenant, U.S. Navy Jan. 1918 - Served during the World War.
