World War I Centennial Event at the Soldiers' Monument

On the day of the 100th anniversary of the United States entering World War I, a county-wide ceremony was held on the courthouse lawn in Delphi, Indiana. A wreath was laid at the base of the 1882 Civil War Monument in honor of the veterans of that war.

Larry Leach service officer, gave a speech, Pastor Duke gave the invocation, and Tom Soper played taps.
